1. Returns and Refunds

At SNKY CAT, every product is made to order—printed just for you. Because of this on-demand model, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size orders, or general dissatisfaction.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is otherwise unusable, we’re happy to help. These cases are rare, but if it happens, please follow the process below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, you're eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged or faulty item, including packaging if applicable.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.

3. Time Frame for Returns

You must initiate the return process within 48 hours from the date of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Because all items are made to order, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Wrong size, color, or design choices made by the customer
Change of mind after ordering
Gift cards or downloadable items
Final sale items

5. Return Process

To request a refund or replacement for an eligible item, email support@snkycat.com with your order number and photos. Once we verify the issue:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you prefer a replacement, we’ll reprint and ship it at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified period, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@snkycat.com.

8. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each item is made specifically for your order.
